Our Promise

We stand behind everything we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. No questions asked. Well, maybe one question: "Would you like a refund or exchange?"

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: 30 days from delivery
  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags attached
  • Refund: Original payment method within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Wrong size? It happens. We offer free exchanges on all domestic orders.

Just email us at hello@northlajolla.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll send a prepaid label and get your new item out as soon as we receive the original.

How to Return

  1. Email hello@northlajolla.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
  3. Pack it up (reuse the original packaging if you can)
  4. Drop it off at any USPS location
  5. Refund processes within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exceptions

The only items we can't accept returns on are:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged? That's on us. Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately — no return required.
