We stand behind everything we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right. No questions asked. Well, maybe one question: "Would you like a refund or exchange?"
Return Policy
- Timeframe: 30 days from delivery
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags attached
- Refund: Original payment method within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
Wrong size? It happens. We offer free exchanges on all domestic orders.
Just email us at hello@northlajolla.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll send a prepaid label and get your new item out as soon as we receive the original.
How to Return

- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Pack it up (reuse the original packaging if you can)
- Drop it off at any USPS location
- Refund processes within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exceptions
The only items we can't accept returns on are:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged? That's on us. Email us a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately — no return required.
